We serve individuals with autism, Down syndrome, cognitive and developmental disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, low-income families, and anyone looking for affordable programs that help people move, create, connect, and grow.

Fitness Classes & Personal Training
Group fitness and personal training across weight lifting, circuit training, coordination training, HIIT, and more. Every class is designed to feel like a real gym experience, with support adapted around each individual.

Inclusive dance classes across Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Zumba, party dances, and more. Classes encourage confidence, coordination, social connection, expression, and joy.

Semi-monthly art and painting classes, including paint-on-canvas sessions led by a professional artist. Projects may include pumpkin painting, paper mâché, paint splash rooms, charcoal, watercolors, and more.
